Mix & Match Kegel Set

The 74g ball is my new go-to for the tougher days, but having the 15g option on hand made starting out way less intimidating. I like that I can swap the weights around as I build up strength, and the set covers everything I need without buying pieces separately.

The range from 15g to 74g is perfect for easing into it, and I’ve already felt a difference after moving up through the weights over the last few weeks. The way the pieces fit together feels secure during use, which makes me trust the progression more.

I was skeptical about sizing up to the 74g ball, but the progression between weights is so smooth I barely noticed the jump. The set’s mix-and-match design means I can actually tailor each session to how my muscles feel that day.
