Krystalový Kegel toner

Honestly, I was a bit nervous about the jump to 55g per ball, but the extra weight gives a workout I can really feel. The crystal surface has a nice heft that makes the whole session feel more deliberate, and the 120g total is perfect for when I want to focus. Definite step up from my lighter set.

The smooth crystal surface makes the 55g per ball weight feel surprisingly manageable during use. I've been training with these for three weeks and the intensity is exactly what I needed to level up my routine.

The density of these 55g balls gives a much more targeted burn than my lighter set, and the crystal surface stays grippy without being irritating. I've used them every other day for two weeks and can already feel the difference during everyday movements, not just during sessions.
