Enkel silikon kegleball

It's my first time trying any kind of Kegel tool, and the velvety silicone makes insertion surprisingly comfortable. The 37g weight gives just enough feedback that I can feel the muscles working without it feeling intimidating.

The 37g weight is light enough that I barely notice it at first, but I can feel my muscles working by the end of my session. It slides in easily and stays put, which makes it perfect for quick daily practice.

The velvety silicone texture feels way more comfortable than I expected, and the 37g weight is light enough that I forget it’s there after a few minutes. It’s a solid little tool for getting started with daily pelvic floor exercises without any fuss.
