The 50-gram weight gives just enough resistance to feel like a real workout without being intimidating — I've noticed progress after just two weeks of daily use. The soft silicone texture makes it easy to insert and comfortable enough to wear during my morning routine.
The texture is noticeably smoother than my last trainer, which makes insertion feel less fiddly during my routine. I like that 50 grams is heavy enough to actually engage the muscles but still forgiving for a full session.
The 50-gram weight feels like the perfect next step from my starter set—noticeable but not intimidating. The soft silicone is surprisingly gentle, and the duo design lets me alternate exercises without constantly switching equipment. My progress has definitely picked up since switching.
